Support
My channels or catalog didn't load.
Check that your provider's server address, username, and password are correct in
Settings → Providers, and that your subscription with that provider is currently active.
Lumen only plays what your provider serves — if their server is down, Lumen can't show it.
Catch-up / timeshift isn't available on a channel.
Catch-up depends on your provider offering it for that specific channel. If it's missing,
contact your IPTV provider — it isn't something Lumen controls.
Playback is stuttering or won't start.
Try a different network (Wi-Fi vs. cellular) and confirm the stream plays in another
player — this usually points to the provider's server load rather than the app.
How do I add a second provider?
Settings → Providers → “+” to add another Xtream Codes account or M3U playlist. You can
switch between them at any time.
I bought Lumen Pro but it didn't unlock.
Open Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't resolve it, email us with your Apple
receipt (Settings app → your name → Purchase History).
How do I report a bug?
Shake your device (or use the feedback button in Settings) to send a screenshot and a
short note straight to us.
